Telehandler Training Course Requirements
To ensure the training runs smoothly, the following criteria must be met:
- All participants must meet HSE’s medical requirements for operating equipment safely.
- A quiet and designated space to serve as a classroom for theory-based sessions.
- Access to the Telehandler for the duration of the course. The equipment must meet LOLER standards and have a valid LOLER certificate (proof required at booking).
- 15 pallets and a clear, level area for practical training and manoeuvres.
- For one-day refresher courses, proof of previous training must be provided when booking.
