Lorry Loader/HIAB Training Course Requirements
To ensure the training runs effectively, the following criteria must be met:
- All participants must meet HSE’s medical requirements for safe equipment use.
- A quiet and private area for classroom-based theory sessions.
- Access to the Lorry Loader/HIAB for the course duration. The equipment must meet LOLER standards and have a valid LOLER certificate (proof required at booking).
- A safe, clear area for practical training.
- For refresher courses, evidence of prior training must be provided when booking.
